The Derwent Racing Team have two runners for Launceston Cup Day including Vamos Stakes contender 'Extreme Cost' from the Gary White team and Shinka, in a 0-75 handicap for Jason Clifford.

The $100,000 Vamos Stakes for Fillies and Mares sees a clash between Tamar Racing's Araya and Dertwent Racing's Extreme Cost.  Extreme Cost is the more experienced of the pair but Araya is on the way up and ran a super race in the Veolia Three Year Old Classic recently.
