Story By Peter Staples
ANYONE who has wondered what it would be like to own a horse but has
shied away because of cost, then wonder no more, thanks to an
initiative adopted by Tasracing and top thoroughbred website
cyberhorse.com.au.
The Tasmanian Racing Challenge was launched at the conclusion of the
AAMI Tasmanian Summer Racing Carnival. It is the brainchild of
Cyberhorse boss Bill Saunders who developed it in conjunction with
Tasracing.
It comprises two teams representing the south and the
north/north-west of the state with the concept aimed at giving members
of the public a chance to experience the thrill and benefits of racing
a horse without actually having to own one.
All people have to do is sign up as a member of one of the two teams that each have 15 horses in their stable. Click Here for full story
